Story So Far

Where we were, where we are, and where are we going?

I have been in kitchens cooking for over 20 years. When I moved out of my hometown 10 years ago I found that there was a vacuum of good, freshly baked bread. I decided I was going to teach myself how to make really good bread and share it with everyone.

 

Now my passion for bread has grown into a micro bakery. Stay tuned here as I grow into a brick and mortar location!
